Carole A. Florence is a Traditional Naturopath (ND), Certified PKP Kinesiologist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Medicinal Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Certified Instructor offering a variety of integrated healthcare services through private practice to families throughout the Midwest of the United States. After a successful career in the medical industry, Carole found that, as a mother, she saw gaps in integrating more natural, causality based healing in the American healthcare system. A lifelong student and creative problem solver, Carole threw herself back into studies where she also rediscovered her passion for teaching. She now offers training classes through her school The International Healing Institute based in Ann Arbor Michigan, instructs at the Ann Arbor School of Massage, Herbal and Natural Medicine, and teaches kinesiology as an ICPKP faculty member to students around the world. Carole is an experienced kinesiology practitioner, has a passion for natural healing and a desire to pass that passion on by teaching her clients and students. She lives on a farm using natural farming methods to produce nutritional food and plant based medicine. Her practice focuses on directly servicing patients in Michigan and the Amish in Indiana (demographic diversity and an underserved population) allowing her to “experience and practice” all the material she is teaching. Carole’s unique perspective and range of experience across the health spectrum brings a heartfelt and well rounded perspective to the true meaning of “integrated modern medicine”.    

Sarah Skellon is a qualified nurse (DipRN) in the UK with professional registration on the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).   Qualifying in 1998 Sarah has experienced most healthcare industries, including public, private and commercial.  She also spent some years working as an offshore medic in the oil and gas industry.  Throughout her career she has held teaching posts and found a passion for Health and Safety; she is currently working in the National Health Service (NHS) with a Risk and Safety Team looking at root cause analysis and helping to identify how care can be improved.  In addition to this she is studying for a degree in Management and Leadership in Health & Social care.

Sarah’s Kinesiology journey started in 2015, after spending some years working with Reiki (now a Reiki Master) and looking at self-help and self-discovery information, she was pleased to work with a method of Kinesiology which identifies that the answer to an issue will come from within.  Studying PKP in the UK, Sarah met Carole Florence, a fellow Certified PKP Kinesiologist.  They have collaborated on an ICPKP Red Flag course which identifies when people need specific referrals.
